Museum Archive: Vintage Lazy Ike Floating, Red Head, 1/4 oz (7 g), Curved, #25054

A classic Red Head finish defines this 2 1/2" (6.5 cm) Lazy Ike, a go-to choice for anglers working the shallows for walleye and pike. Weighing 1/4 oz (7 g), the lure's curved profile allows it to reach depths of 1–2 ft (0.3–0.6 m) during a retrieve. The floating body stays near the surface until movement draws it down into the strike zone. Prominent black eye markings provide a high-contrast target against the clean white paint of the midsection. Bearing Product Code 25054, this specimen remains in 4/5 condition with its original hardware intact. Casting and trolling techniques both work well with this floating model in the 1–2 ft (0.3–0.6 m) range.
