Due to the vintage and antique nature of the items offered, all products are sold on an "as-is" basis, and sales are generally considered final unless there is a significant discrepancy between the item received and the description provided. We make every effort to document the condition of each lure through high-resolution photography and detailed descriptions; therefore, signs of age, wear, oxidation, or packaging damage shown in photos or mentioned in the description do not constitute valid grounds for a return as defects but are inherent characteristics of vintage tackle. In the exceptional event that a return is authorized, the buyer assumes full responsibility for all return shipping costs to our facility in Poland. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost during transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed only after the item has been received and inspected to ensure it is in the exact condition in which it was sent.
