Northen Specialty

Northen Specialty is an American company from the USA, founded in 1900 by Nelson Fagan. The company's history dates back to collaboration with Julio Thompson Buel. In 1885, illness forced Julio Thompson Buel to sell his business and patents to Charles Pike, who in 1927 sold the business to E. Hammond. Whitehall Nelson Fagan worked for Charles Pike and later established his own company, Northern Specialty Fishing Tackle Company, manufacturing Buel lures.
