SECTION I. GENERAL CONCEPTS

Terms – these Terms and Conditions.

Service – the "USLures" online store and platform operating at [https://uslures.com](https://uslures.com).

USLures (Store Administration) – the company "Andrii Zaiats" with its registered office at: 14-100 Ostroda, ul. Wl. Jagielly 5A/25, Poland, Tax ID: PL7412168095, REGON: 527655954.

Customer (Collector) – any individual accessing the Service and using the services provided via the Service by USLures.

Electronic Communication – communication between the parties via electronic mail (e-mail) and contact forms available on the website.

SECTION II. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms define the principles of operation and use of the Service and determine the scope of rights and obligations of Customers and USLures related to the use of the Service.

The primary service of USLures is providing free access to the online platform, allowing Customers to browse content such as posts, articles, audiovisual materials, and use web applications or electronic forms.

Any content, articles, or information containing tips or advice published within the Service are intended as a general collection of information and are not directed at individual Customers. USLures is not responsible for their application by Customers.

The Customer takes full responsibility for how they use the materials provided within the Service, including ensuring use is in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

USLures provides no guarantee regarding the suitability or specific results of materials placed on the Service.

USLures is not liable for any potential damages incurred by Customers or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. All risks associated with the use of the Service, particularly regarding the interpretation and application of information found on the Service, are borne by the Customer.

SECTION III. CONDITIONS FOR USING THE SERVICE

The use of the Service by any Customer is free and voluntary.

Customers are obliged to familiarize themselves with these Terms and other integral documents and must accept their provisions in full to continue using the Service.

Customers may not use any personal data obtained through the Service for marketing purposes.

Technical requirements for using the Service: a device with a display capable of browsing the web; an active internet connection; any modern web browser that supports HTML5 standards; enabled JavaScript; and enabled support for Cookie files.

To ensure the safety of USLures, the Customer, and other users, all Customers should adhere to generally accepted principles of online security.

Actions performed personally by Customers or through software are prohibited: decompilation and source code analysis without written consent; causing excessive load on the Service server; attempting to detect security vulnerabilities; attempting to upload or inject malicious code, scripts, or software onto the server or into the database; any actions aimed at damaging or blocking the operation of the Service.

In the event of detecting a cybersecurity incident or a potential GDPR violation, Customers should immediately report this fact to USLures to allow for a swift resolution and to protect the interests of all users.

SECTION IV. TERMS AND RULES OF REGISTRATION

Customers may browse the Service without registration.

Registration is required to access additional services, such as order history or specific account-based features. Registration is voluntary and free of charge.

Each Customer may maintain only one account in the Service.

Registration requires a valid individual e-mail account.

By registering, Customers consent to the processing of their personal data by USLures to the extent entered during the registration process or updated thereafter.

USLures reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts at its discretion, particularly if a Customer violates the Terms, applicable laws, or acts to the detriment of USLures or other users.

Any features of the Service may be modified, added, or removed at the discretion of USLures without prior notification.

Account security: Registered Customers are prohibited from sharing their login credentials with third parties. USLures will never ask a Customer for their password.

Account deletion: Any Customer may delete their account at any time through the user settings. Deletion results in the removal of identification data and the anonymization of the username and e-mail address in historical records.

SECTION V. COMMUNICATION AND PROVISION OF OTHER SERVICES

The Service provides tools enabling Customers to interact with USLures through the contact form.

When a Customer contacts USLures, their personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

SECTION VI. COLLECTION OF CUSTOMER DATA

To provide services properly, protect the legal interests of USLures, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, USLures collects and processes certain data about Users through the Service.

For efficient operation, the Service saves certain anonymous information about the Customer in cookie files.

The scope, purposes, and principles of data processing are detailed in the GDPR Information Clause and the Privacy Policy, both of which are integral parts of these Terms.

Data collected automatically: For statistics and smooth operation, we automatically collect data such as IP address, browser type, screen resolution, approximate location, pages visited, time spent on the site, operating system, referring site, language settings, and connection speed.

This data is collected through Google Analytics and remains anonymous.

Data collected during registration: Username, full name, and e-mail address. For logged-in Customers, a unique identifier may be stored in cookies on the Customer's device to maintain account functionality.

SECTION VII. COPYRIGHT

USLures is the sole owner of the Service and holds all copyrights to the platform.

Certain data within the Service may be protected by copyrights belonging to third-party companies or individuals not affiliated with USLures and are used under license.

Based on international copyright laws and the Polish Act of February 4, 1994, it is strictly prohibited to use, copy, reproduce, or store any articles, descriptions, photographs, graphic materials, or audiovisual content found in the Service without prior written consent from the legal owner. This exclusion does not apply to standard indexing by search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo, or social platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.

Simple factual information, understood as news without the author's commentary or evaluation, is generally not subject to copyright protection. This allows for the limited use of facts from the text, but does not permit the copying of entire articles or substantial portions of descriptions unless specifically authorized within the material.

SECTION VIII. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS

USLures reserves the right to unilaterally modify any provision of these Terms at any time without stating a specific reason.

Registered Customers will be notified of any changes via Electronic Communication.

For visitors without an account, amendments take effect immediately upon publication. For registered Customers, a 7-day transition period applies from the date of notification before the new Terms become binding.

Continued use of the Service after changes have been implemented constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.

SECTION IX. FINAL PROVISIONS

USLures makes every effort to ensure the continuous availability of its services. However, USLures is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, unauthorized interference by third parties, or the activities of automated external programs.

USLures reserves the right to update any information within the Service at its discretion without prior notice.

The Service may be temporarily disabled, in whole or in part, for maintenance, improvements, or the addition of new features without prior warning.

USLures reserves the right to permanently discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

USLures may assign its rights and obligations related to the Service, in whole or in part, without the need for Customer consent.

Governing Law: Any disputes related to the operation of the Service shall be governed by the laws of Poland. For international transactions, this does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights provided by the laws of your country of residence where applicable.

STORE REGULATIONS

USLURES ONLINE STORE. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Familiarizing yourself with these Terms and Conditions and accepting them is an essential part of the order process. By checking the appropriate box during registration or checkout, the Customer confirms acceptance. Failure to accept these Terms will prevent the completion of purchases through the USLures online store.

The person placing an order is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information in the order form. Particular care should be taken when entering the full name and shipping address. Providing incorrect or incomplete data may delay or prevent the successful delivery of the order. We recommend providing a valid phone number to ensure smooth communication regarding your shipment.

All items in the USLures catalog are imported from the USA. We strive to present the specific characteristics of every item with the highest transparency. We photograph each lure individually so that collectors and anglers can see the exact condition, colors, and features of the specific item they are purchasing. We are happy to answer any additional questions about specific lures. In addition to used tackle, we offer vintage items in their original factory packaging (New Old Stock); while these have never been used, they may show signs of age related to long-term storage, all of which are documented in the photographs.

Some vintage lures may show signs of use or cosmetic wear, which we believe adds to their character without affecting their performance. This allows collectors to acquire rare items at a more accessible price point. In the world of vintage tackle, minor scratches or paint chips are standard and do not impact the characteristic action that makes these lures superior to modern imitations.

HOW TO BUY

Product prices displayed on the website do not include delivery costs. Shipping rates are determined based on the destination and are clearly displayed before you finalize your order at checkout.

Every lure in our store is assigned a unique individual code and is available only as a single copy. This ensures that the item you see in the photograph is the exact item that will be sent to you. If multiple identical models are in stock, each will have its own listing, code, and individual photograph.

To purchase, select your desired item and click the "Add to cart" button. Once you have finished browsing, proceed to the cart and select "Checkout." You will be asked to provide recipient details and a shipping address. Upon completion, you will receive an automated confirmation email detailing the items, prices, total amount, and destination address.

PAYMENT

Payment for the goods and shipping is required immediately upon order confirmation. For our international customers, we offer secure payment through PayPal and major Credit Cards. These transactions are processed through encrypted, industry-standard payment gateways. USLures does not have access to, nor do we store, any credit card numbers or sensitive financial information.

The order fulfillment process begins once payment authorization is confirmed. Because every item is a unique single copy, if a payment fails or is declined, the order will be canceled, and the items will be returned to the store inventory for other customers to purchase.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND AS-IS SALE

All vintage and antique items are sold on an "as-is" basis as collector's items. USLures makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the future performance or durability of these vintage goods. By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges that signs of age, oxidation, or minor wear are inherent characteristics of vintage tackle and do not constitute defects or grounds for a return.

DELIVERY

International shipping to the United States is dispatched from Poland. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that delivery times may vary based on international transit and standard customs procedures. USLures is not responsible for delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance process. All packages are shipped within two business days and include full tracking information.

RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

Due to the unique nature of vintage items and the costs of international logistics, all sales to the United States are generally considered final. Returns are only authorized if there is a significant discrepancy between the item received and the description provided. Signs of age or wear documented in the individual photographs do not constitute grounds for return. For authorized returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred upon re-importation to the EU. Authorized returns must be sent to: Andrii Zaiats, ul.
