Terms & Conditions

I. General Concepts

  • Terms – these Terms and Conditions.
  • Service – the "USLures" online service operating at https://uslures.com.
  • Service Provider – "Andrii Zaiats", registered address: ul. Wladyslawa Jagielly 5A/25, 14-100 Ostroda, Poland.
  • Service Recipient – any natural person accessing the Service and using the services provided via the Service.
  • Electronic Communication – communication between parties via e-mail and contact forms available on the website.

II. General Provisions

  • The Terms define the rules for the functioning and use of the Service and define the scope of rights and obligations of Service Recipients and the Service Provider.
  • The subject of the Service Provider's services is the provision of free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Service Recipients to access content in the form of posts, articles, audiovisual materials, web applications, and electronic forms.
  • Any content, articles, and information containing features of tips or advice published on the Service are merely a general collection of information and are not directed at individual Service Recipients. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Service Recipients.
  • The Service Recipient takes full responsibility for the manner of using the materials made available within the Service, including using them in accordance with applicable laws.
  • The Service Provider gives no warranty as to the suitability of materials placed on the Service.
  • The Service Provider is not liable for any damages incurred by Service Recipients or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. All risks associated with the use of the Service, and in particular with the use of information placed on the Service, are borne by the Service Recipient.

III. Conditions for Using the Service

  • Use of the Service by each Service Recipient is free and voluntary.
  • Service Recipients are required to read the Terms and other documents constituting its integral part and must accept its provisions in full to continue using the Service.
  • Service Recipients may not use any personal data obtained in the Service for marketing purposes.
  • Technical requirements for using the Service: device with a display enabling web browsing, internet connection, any web browser supporting HTML5, JavaScript enabled, Cookies enabled.
  • To ensure safety, all Service Recipients should adhere to generally accepted internet security rules.
  • Actions performed personally by Service Recipients or using software are prohibited: decompilation and source code analysis without written consent; causing excessive load on the Service server; attempting to detect security gaps; injecting code/scripts/software that may harm the Service or steal data; any actions aimed at damaging or blocking the Service.

IV. Registration Conditions

  • Service Recipients may use the Service without registration.
  • Registration is voluntary and free. Each Service Recipient may have only one account.
  • Registration requires an individual e-mail address.
  • By registering, Service Recipients consent to the processing of their personal data provided during registration.
  • The Service Provider has the right to suspend or delete accounts at its discretion, particularly if the Service Recipient violates the Terms or applicable laws.
  • Service Recipients are prohibited from sharing their login and password with third parties.
  • Service Recipients may delete their account at any time via the user panel. Deletion results in the anonymization of the username and e-mail address.

V. Communication and Other Services

  • The Service provides contact forms and e-mail contact ([email protected]).
  • In case of contact, personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

VI. Data Collection

  • To properly provide services, the Service collects certain anonymous data (IP address, browser type, etc.) via Google Analytics cookies.
  • Data collected during registration includes: Name, Login, E-mail, Phone, Address.

VII. Copyright

  • The Service Provider owns the Service and its copyrights.
  • Some data is protected by copyrights belonging to third parties.
  • Copying, reproducing, or storing content (articles, photos, descriptions) without written consent is prohibited, except for indexing by search engines (Google, Bing, etc.).

VIII. Amendments to Terms

  • The Service Provider may unilaterally change the Terms at any time.
  • Registered users will be notified via e-mail. Continued use implies acceptance.

IX. Final Provisions

  • The Service Provider strives for continuous service but is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure.

USLures.com – Online Fishing Store. Orders can be placed 24/7. Acceptance of these Regulations is an integral part of the order process.

Product Information & Condition

All lures are imported from the USA. We photograph every single lure individually. The photo you see is the exact item you receive. We offer "New Old Stock" (vintage items in packaging) and used items. Disclaimer: All items are sold "AS-IS" as vintage collectibles. Signs of age, oxidation, or packaging wear are not considered defects.

Order Process

Prices do not include shipping. Each lure has a unique code and exists as a single copy. To purchase, add items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Payment must be made via the available methods (PayPal, Credit Cards, etc.).

Payment

Immediate payment is required upon order confirmation. We use secure payment processors (PayPal/Stripe). The store does not store card data.

Shipping

We ship globally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped within 2 business days.

Returns and Withdrawal

Returns Policy: Due to the nature of vintage goods and international shipping costs, all sales are considered final. Returns are accepted only if there is a significant error in the description.
