Museum Archive: Acme Dazzler, 1/4oz Yellow / Red fishing spoon #2441

Weighing in at 1/4 oz (7 g), this vintage metal spoon is a discontinued treasure from the Acme catalog, originally designed by Glen Evans. The finish consists of a high-visibility chartreuse yellow base adorned with six bold orange-red polka dots. Measuring 2 1/4" (5.5 cm) in length, the lure is designated as the D-2 model on its original card. This particular specimen is in unused condition, still housed in its vintage bubble packaging which bears the product code 2441. The hardware remains in factory state, featuring a silver-tone treble hook and split ring assembly. The card graphics display the heritage zebra-stripe Acme branding, identifying it as a genuine USA-manufactured piece of angling history.
