Museum Archive: Vintage Acme Little Cleo, 2/3oz Nickel / Blue fishing spoon #15229

Nickel and blue colors are split precisely down the center of this 2 1/4" (5.5cm) casting spoon, creating a distinct two-tone aesthetic that increases visibility underwater. At 2/3oz (18g), the heavy-gauge metal construction is designed for reaching depth or covering large expanses of water when casting from a boat or shoreline. The underside of the lure is stamped with the "LITTLE CLEO ®" mark and the 2/3 OZ weight, a hallmark of its American production history by Acme. Identified by product code 15229, this specimen features a high-gloss nickel plating on the concave side and a vibrant blue accent on half of the convex face. A robust treble hook is secured by a sturdy split ring at the tail, while an additional split ring at the nose provides a secure line tie. With a condition rating of 5/5, the metallic surfaces remain bright and the stamped lettering is exceptionally crisp.
