Stamped clearly on the brass-finished reverse side is the "BALO NO 3" mark, identifying this classic Canadian-made spoon. Weighing 1/2oz (14g) and measuring 2" (5cm) in length, the lure features a traditional teardrop shape intended for both casting and trolling. The front face is decorated with bold red and white diagonal stripes painted over the brass base. A single treble hook is attached to the tail with a split ring, while a mounting hole sits at the nose for the line tie. Rated at a condition of 4/5, this specimen shows minor signs of its age, primarily visible as small paint chips near the line-tie hole and along the outer edges of the metal body.
