Museum Archive: Blue Fox Pixee UV, 1/2oz Nickel / Glow UV Glow in UV light, Fluorescent fishing spoon #2353

A bright, pebbled plastic insert mimics a cluster of salmon eggs, nestled within the heavy-gauge brass frame of this 2353 model. Carrying a weight of 1/2oz (14g), the spoon is built for distance, intended for casting into coastal winds or across wide river pools where it can be fished shallow or deep. The front face features a hammered nickel finish to maximize light reflection, while the reverse is polished smooth and clearly stamped with the Pixee branding. Measuring 2 1/4" (5.5cm), this specimen is finished in the Nickel / Glow UV pattern, where the orange insert is designed to fluoresce under UV light. During a retrieve, the spoon is designed to exhibit rolling and wobbling movements. This lure is unused and remains in 5/5 condition with its original hardware, including a strong split ring and a sharp, dark-finished treble hook.
