Weighing in at 1/2 oz (14 g), this heavy-gauge brass spoon is built for the long-distance casting required in large rivers and coastal winds. The hammered nickel finish on this 2 1/4" (5.5 cm) specimen creates a multi-directional flash, complemented by a fluorescent pink egg-sac insert that mimics natural salmon roe. Carrying the product code 4739, the Blue Fox Pixee UV features a specialized UV Bright coating designed to reflect light energy, making it more visible to predators in stained water or at greater depths. The hardware setup is quite versatile, featuring a sharp Rapala VMC black nickel treble hook while also including a spare Siwash hook inside the blister pack for easy swapping in varied fishing conditions. Because of the dense brass construction, it handles tumbling and rolling through heavy currents without rising too quickly to the surface.
