Stamped with the iconic fox head logo, the silver-plated blade on this specimen reflects the classic craftsmanship of the Blue Fox brand. Weighing 1/8 oz (4 g) and measuring 2 1/4" (6 cm) in length, this size 1 spinner features the patented two-part bell body consisting of a silver outer shell over a brass-colored inner gear. This design is engineered to minimize line twist during casting and retrieval on light spinning tackle. This particular lure is in 5/5 condition, showing no signs of use on its reflective metallic surfaces. Turning the blade over reveals the clear "Made in Finland" embossing and U.S. Patent number 4163338, which marks its specific production era.
