Groovy Orange is a striking translucent finish that really catches the light on this Bomber model 7A. Bearing the signature of legendary pro Larry Nixon on its flank, this specimen is a classic example of the Model A series designed for casting and trolling. Weighing 1/2 oz (14 g) and measuring 2 3/4" (7 cm), the body features intricate black crawfish-style markings and spotting over an amber-orange base. When exposed to UV light, the lower section and diving lip exhibit a bright fluorescent glow, adding a technical edge for murky conditions or deeper water where this lure runs between 8-10 ft (2.4-3.0 m). The "MODEL A" stamp is clearly visible on the side near the tail, and the original hardware remains in excellent condition. Rated at 5/5, the lure shows no visible wear, maintaining its factory luster and sharp treble hooks. An internal rattle chamber provides a consistent acoustic presence during the retrieve.
