Measuring 3 1/4" (8 cm) in length, the Charger №3 features a sturdy split ring connecting a sharp treble hook to the stamped frame. The chrome-plated surface transitions into a coarse, glitter-like finish along the middle section, a design element introduced by J. Rustowicz for this USA-made lure.
