Weighing in at 2/5oz (12.5g), the Charger №3 UV features a fluorescent coating designed to glow under ultraviolet light, which helps maintain visibility in deeper or stained water. The nickel base remains exposed at the line-tie end where the yellow paint tapers off, providing a metallic flash. Looking at the reverse side, the J. Rustowicz name is clearly stamped into the polished metal, marking the origin of a design now produced by Lake Products.
