Stamped clearly into the textured silver-finished metal, the "MADE IN FRANCE" mark on the blade identifies the classic origins of this 2" (5 cm) CP-Swing 2. At a weight of 3/32 oz (2.7g), this specimen features a teardrop blade with a distinct scale pattern that was a hallmark of the manufacturer's early production under product code 5563. The body is constructed with five graduated brass beads, which provide the necessary ballast for light-line casting. This particular spinner shows its history with a soft, aged character on the metal surfaces, holding a condition rating of 4/5 while remaining structurally sound. The original treble hook is securely attached via the wire-wrapped loop at the base of the beads. A size 2 stamping is visible just above the country of origin, indicating its specific design intended for trout or panfish techniques.
