Polished metal showing through at the edges of the Red Devle paint pattern highlights the character of this American-made classic. This Eppinger Dardevle Midget, product code 21993, measures 1 1/2" (3.8 cm) and weighs 3/16 oz (5.3 g), making it a versatile choice for light-tackle casting. The front of the spoon displays the recognizable devil head logo over a white stripe, while the backside is stamped with the "DARDEVLE MIDGET" name into the nickel-colored surface. Founded in Detroit in 1906, Eppinger used proprietary dies to create the concave, oblong shape seen here, which produces a signature wobbling action. The hardware consists of a sturdy treble hook attached via split ring. This specimen is in 4/5 condition, with small areas of finish loss along the outer rim and a bright, reflective reverse side.
