Weighing in at 16g (3/5oz), this spinner represents a classic piece of Michigan fishing history from the Eppinger factory. The teardrop-shaped blade is finished in a vibrant yellow enamel, featuring five distinct red dots and the famous black devil head stamp synonymous with the Dardevle brand. A nickel-plated torpedo body provides the heft needed for casting, while the assembly includes a translucent red bead and a brass bead spacer positioned above the blade's clevis. Down at the business end, a treble hook is hand-dressed with natural brown and black feathers, securely bound by black thread. Its total length of 10cm (4") makes it a versatile choice for larger freshwater predators. Carrying product code 2237, this specimen reflects the quality of American-made tackle that saw Eppinger designs included in aviation survival kits during wartime. In terms of condition, the lure is exceptionally well-preserved and receives a 5/5 rating.
