Tipping the scales at 1/2 oz (14 g), the body is dominated by the famous deep-cupped red mouth, a structural feature engineered for surface displacement. The rear of the lure holds the iconic rubber skirt with alternating red and white strands, a feature Arbogast introduced in 1941 to add lifelike texture.
