Stamped directly into the brass body on the reverse are the manufacturer and model names, a classic identifier for these American-made spoons. Weighed at 1/3 oz (9 g), this specific model 0508 offers the density needed for distance casting into deeper water columns. The hardware consists of a barrel swivel at the line tie and a sharp treble hook at the tail, which also carries a small red plastic attractor tab.
