Museum Archive: Vintage Seneca Little Cleo, 3/16oz Copper / Red fishing spoon #8683

Stamped clearly on the rear copper surface, the "LITTLE CLEO" name marks this 3/16 oz (5 g) spoon as an authentic piece of Seneca Tackle history from the USA. Measuring 1 1/4" (3 cm) in length, this specimen carries the distinct heritage of the Seneca Lure Company, the original creators of the design before their acquisition by Acme in the early 1980s. The Copper / Red finish on Product Code 8683 is applied with a clean red stripe on the convex side, contrasting against the polished copper base. A sturdy split ring connects to a vintage bronze-finished treble hook. This lure remains in 4/5 condition, showing honest character through minor surface marks on the metal and hook, consistent with a well-kept vintage find.
