Vibrant chartreuse paint decorated with bold red spots and diagonal nickel stripes defines the striking front side of this Seneca-era classic. On the reverse, the iconic "Hula Girl" dancer is stamped into the metal, a hallmark feature that collectors seek out since Acme discontinued the graphic after acquiring the brand in the early 1980s. Measuring 2 1/4" (5.5 cm) and weighing in at 1/2 oz (14 g), this specimen carries the Product Code 0266 and represents a piece of American fishing history. Many anglers traditionally attributed the lure's legendary success to that very dancer image found on the back of the nickel plating. This particular piece shows light character from its time in the tackle box, earning a 4/5 condition rating. The hardware is secured by a sturdy split ring connecting the body to the treble hook.
