Measuring 2 1/4" (5.5cm) in length, the nickel body of this spoon features the distinctive red-and-white wavy pattern on its face. This Seneca specimen, identified by product code 11851, is a significant find for collectors due to the original 'Hula Girl' dancer stamp on the reverse side. Many seasoned anglers hold to the belief that this specific graphic, which was removed after Acme acquired Seneca in the early 1980s, contributed to the lure's storied success. The 1/2 oz (14g) weight provides substantial mass for long-distance casting from the shore or boat. On the back, the 'WIGL LURE' and 'Little Cleo' branding are clearly etched into the polished nickel surface alongside the iconic dancer. The hardware consists of a classic silver treble hook secured by a sturdy split ring at the narrow end. Regarding its state, the lure appears exceptionally well-preserved with a vibrant finish and clean metal surfaces. Rating is 5/5. This USA-made spoon represents a specific era of American tackle history before the design was simplified for mass production.
