Weighing in at 3/4 oz (21 g), this classic spoon provides the necessary mass for distance casting in large bodies of water. The convex side is characterized by a half-and-half finish, pairing a bright nickel surface with a deep blue painted section. Secured by a split ring, the hardware consists of a sturdy, silver-toned treble hook. The flat reverse side displays the famous Hula Girl dancer emblem, a detail specific to the era when Seneca Lure Co. produced these before the Acme acquisition in the 1980s. Measuring 2 1/2" (6.5 cm) from tip to bend, the metal body bears the "WIGL Lure" mark and the weight designation stamped directly into the surface. Cataloged as product code 18177, the lure remains in remarkable condition, rated at 5/5 with a clean, reflective sheen across both faces. The design includes two pre-drilled holes for rigging, one at the narrow head and another at the wider tail for the hook attachment.
