Half-painted in a deep blue over a polished nickel finish, the surface of this classic spoon reflects light to mimic a flash under the surface. Measuring 2 1/2" (6.5cm) and weighing 3/4oz (21g), the Seneca Little Cleo (Hula Girl) is a heavy-duty casting lure from an era before Acme acquired the brand in the early 1980s. Flipping the lure over reveals the legendary "Hula Girl" dancer stamp, a detail collectors hunt for because modern versions lack this iconic engraving. Many veteran anglers still swear that the presence of the dancer on the reverse side is the secret to its historic success. This specimen, identified by product code 19968, remains in 5/5 condition, maintaining its original luster and clear markings. The stamped "3/4 OZ" and "LITTLE CLEO" text are crisp against the nickel plating, and the heavy-gauge treble hook remains securely attached via the original split ring.
