At 3/4 oz (21 g), this heavy-duty spoon provides the casting distance needed for big water. This specific specimen, product code 22982, showcases a striking nickel/red finish, though the red side exhibits a vibrant gradient that shifts into warm orange and lime green under the light. What makes this Seneca-era Little Cleo (Hula Girl) special to us collectors is the presence of the iconic dancer stamped onto the back side. Before Acme acquired Seneca Lure Company in the early 1980s, every genuine Cleo featured this hula girl, a detail many seasoned anglers swear was the secret ingredient to its success. Measuring 2 1/2" (6.5 cm), the blade's surface is in 4/5 condition, retaining a bright luster and sharp color transition across its asymmetrical shape. While Acme continues the legacy today, they have long since retired the dancer stamp, making these original USA-made Seneca versions a prized find. The spoon is rigged with a robust treble hook, ready for its next outing or a place of honor in a vintage display.
