Stamped with the iconic "Hula Girl" dancer on its reverse side, this specimen from the Seneca Lure company represents a classic piece of American angling history. Weighing 1/2 oz (14 g), the spoon's metal surface displays a blend of nickel and gold tones. This specific model, identified by product code 23766, carries the original Seneca branding that predates the brand's acquisition by Acme in the early 1980s. Many anglers sought out this particular version specifically for the dancer icon, a detail that was eventually omitted in later production runs. The 2 1/4" (5.5 cm) body is rigged with a treble hook that features a yellow thread wrap at the eyelet. Showing signs of its journey through various tackle boxes, the lure remains in 3/5 condition. The construction consists of a teardrop-shaped metal blank with a single split ring connecting the hook to the tail.
