Brass finishing covers the teardrop profile of this Seneca-made classic, a staple for mid-century trout and salmon anglers. Measuring 2 1/4" (5.5 cm) and weighing in at 1/2 oz (14 g), this specific specimen carries the product code 24103. The back of the spoon features the engraved dancer icon that earned the lure its "Hula Girl" nickname before Seneca was acquired by Acme in the early 1980s. Later iterations of the Cleo omitted this graphic, which many veteran anglers believe was the secret to the original design's fame. Visible silvering peeks through the brass plating on the convex side, giving the metal an authentic, well-traveled appearance that rates a 3/5 for condition. A heavy-gauge split ring secures the original treble hook to the tail of the stamped metal body.
