Stamped into the polished nickel underside of this 1/2oz (14g) spoon is the legendary 'Hula Girl' silhouette, a hallmark of the original Seneca Lure company. This specific Little Cleo, identified by product code 6975, showcases a vibrant Red / Nickel finish, featuring a bold orange-red enamel base accented by diagonal silver stripes and distinct black dots. Originating from the USA, the 2 1/4" (5.5cm) body retains its classic 'WIGL LURE' branding on the concave side, a detail collectors prioritize over modern Acme versions. The hardware consists of a sturdy silver treble hook secured by a split ring at the tail. Currently, the specimen holds a 5/5 condition rating, with the enamel and nickel surfaces remaining bright and well-preserved. Angling lore suggests the dancer image was the secret to this lure's popularity before it was removed following the company's acquisition in the early 1980s.
