Measuring 2 1/4" (5.5 cm) in length, the lure represents a classic era of tackle manufacturing from the Seneca Division of Acme Tackle Company in Providence, Rhode Island. The card identifies it as a 'Wigl-Lure' and 'The Wigglin' Killer,' indicating its design for casting and retrieval. While the polished front is striking, the true character of this 'Hula Girl' model lies on its reverse side, where the famous dancer is stamped into the metal—a detail that was eventually phased out after the brand's full transition to Acme.
