Measuring exactly 2 1/4" (5.5 cm), the solid metal body of this specimen is finished in a vibrant chartreuse and green fade with UV-reactive properties and distinct white side-dots. Collectors immediately recognize the 'Hula Girl' dancer stamped on the reverse side, a hallmark of the original production by the Seneca Tackle Company before the brand's acquisition by Acme in the early 1980s. This 2/3 oz (18 g) lure represents a significant piece of American angling heritage, as modern versions of the Little Cleo have long since discontinued the iconic dancer logo that many veteran fishermen believe brought a specific luck to the design. The hardware is remarkably well-preserved, featuring a sturdy silver-tone treble hook and robust split rings at both the head and tail. The finish reflects the high quality of vintage Seneca manufacturing, presenting in a clean 5/5 condition. The reverse side clearly displays the 'Little Cleo' and 'Hula Girl' engravings alongside the weight designation, stamped deeply into the polished metal. Its weight and aerodynamic shape were originally designed for long-distance casting in both fresh and saltwater environments. A secondary split ring is pre-attached to the nose eyelet for immediate line connection.
