Stamped clearly into the concave back of this 1 1/2" (4 cm) spoon is the classic "LITTLE CLEO WIGL-LURE A SENECA LURE" mark, identifying it as a true pre-Acme specimen from the original manufacturer. This 1/4 oz (7 g) nickel and orange spoon carries the product code 18181 and represents a pivotal era in American tackle history before Seneca was acquired in the early 1980s. The face of the lure features a clean, high-polish nickel finish split with a bold orange section that remains vibrant and sharp. Measuring an ideal size for casting, its solid construction and original black-finished treble hook show that it has been exceptionally well-preserved. It is in unused condition, earning a 5/5 rating for its mirror-like reflection and intact paint. Made in the USA, the spoon is joined to the hook by a sturdy split ring, typical of the robust hardware Seneca used to ensure reliability.
