Nickel-plated surfaces on this 2" (5 cm) spoon reflect a timeless approach to tackle design from the Hood River, Oregon tradition. Weighing in at 2/5 oz (11 g), this Luhr Jensen (with sonic blades) model, carrying product code 6288, is built on a heavy teardrop profile stamped in the USA. The defining feature of this specimen is the pair of small auxiliary metal tabs attached to the rear split ring. These sonic blades are clearly stamped with the "LUHR JENSEN & SONS" hallmark and hang alongside the original treble hook to provide additional flash and mechanical noise during a retrieve. The hardware is connected via robust split rings that have maintained their tension over the years. This particular lure is in excellent condition, rated 5/5, with a bright, mirrored finish and clean metal work throughout the body and hooks.
