Two silver willow-leaf "sonic blades" are mounted at the rear of this 2 1/4" (6cm) spoon, a signature design element from the Marathon Bait Company. Identified by product code 9023, this 2/5oz (12g) lure showcases a striking teal-green face with an embedded diamond-pattern holographic strip. This specific specimen reflects the manufacturing legacy of the Wisconsin-based firm that produced tackle from 1929 through 1979. The reverse side is finished in a bright nickel plating, and the overall condition is rated 5/5. These extra blades provide a flickering flash intended to simulate the movement of a forage fish's tail while simultaneously obscuring the treble hook.
