Hammered nickel creates a distinct light-reflecting surface on this 1/2 oz (14 g) spoon, which was produced by the Marathon Bait Company during their fifty-year run in Wausau, Wisconsin. Measuring 3" (7.5 cm) in length, the body is equipped with two additional "sonic blades" attached to the rear split ring. These small, leaf-shaped metal pieces are designed to mask the large treble hook and provide extra visual flash, mimicking the movement of tail fins.
