Weighing 1/8oz (3.5g) and measuring 2" (5cm) in length, this Mepps Aglia 1 features the traditional brass finish and iconic stacked-body construction. The treble hook is detailed with a simple red thread dressing, acting as a focal point at the rear of the assembly. Identified by product code 0318, the specimen showcases a blade design that has remained a standard for catching trout and panfish since Andre Meulnart first introduced the concept in 1938. The metal components are in 4/5 condition, showing a gentle age that adds character to the hardware without compromising its structural integrity.
