Stamped clearly on the silver blade are the French and British patent marks alongside the U.S. pending status, signaling the global pedigree of this specific specimen. Weighing in at 1/3oz (9g), this size 4 spinner features a trio of graduated yellow and orange beads on the wire shaft just ahead of a treble hook fitted with a red plastic sleeve. Measuring 2 3/4" (7cm) in length, the lure is a classic assembly of components made in France and put together in the USA. The Steel / Red color configuration is defined by the polished silver-tone blade and the bold red accents on the terminal hardware. Identified as Product Code 0050, the metalwork and beads remain vibrant, warranting a 4/5 condition rating. Andre Meulnart’s influence from his 1938 invention is seen in the brass clevis design and the tiered ballast system.
