Willow-leaf blade shapes define the profile of this French-made spinner, a design classic optimized for maintaining a low rotation angle. Weighing 3/32oz (3g) and measuring 2" (5cm) in total length, this specimen represents the smallest size in the series. Under product code 5374, this Mepps Aglia Long 0 Dressed features a silver-plated blade clearly stamped with its size and origin on the reverse side. The assembly is exceptionally well-preserved, earning a condition rating of 5/5 with bright metal surfaces and clean components. The central shaft carries a stack of brass beads followed by a translucent orange bead, providing a specific focal point ahead of the dressed hook. For the terminal end, the feathered treble is tied with black hackle and a single red strand, secured by a matching red thread wrap. This specific dressing style was a hallmark of the mid-to-late 20th-century production runs from the French factory.
