Fluorescent finishes on the 2 1/4" (6 cm) body of this spoon range from a vibrant chartreuse green near the eye to a deep orange at the tail. This specific Mepps Syclops 1, identified by product code 0309, features a distinctive series of black crescent accents printed along the side to mimic baitfish textures. Turning the 2/5 oz (12 g) lure over reveals a polished gold-toned reverse side, deeply stamped with the manufacturer's mark and "Made in France" origin. The hardware consists of a robust split ring connecting a sharp treble hook, which is further accented by a bright fluorescent orange sleeve on the shank.
