Weighing in at 2/5 oz (12 g), the brass body of this spoon carries a warm, classic glow that collectors immediately recognize. On the face, a distinct neon yellow-green decal with bright orange accents displays the "Mepps syclops 1" branding, topped off with a high-contrast red and black eye near the line tie hole. Turning the lure over reveals the deep-etched manufacturing marks stating "S MEPPS 12g MADE IN FRANCE," a testament to its European origins. The hardware is equally well-preserved, featuring a gold-finished treble hook shielded by a bright red plastic sleeve. At a total length of 2 1/4" (6 cm), the curved profile is designed for precision casting and trolling.
