Stamped clearly on the gold convex blade, the 'ITALY' mark speaks to the European heritage of this Panther Martin 4. Weighing in at 1/8 oz (4 g), the model 23086 features the brand’s signature shaft-through-blade construction where the wire passes directly through the metal for consistent spinning. The blade is also deeply embossed with registration number 1009460 and the size indicator. The weighted teardrop body is finished in black with small yellow-green dots, designed to help the lure sink and hold its depth in various currents. Measuring 1 3/4" (4.5 cm), this specimen remains in excellent form with a 5/5 condition rating, retaining its original bronze treble hook and concave blade shape designed to generate sonic vibrations.
