Gold-toned plating with vibrant red diagonal stripes defines the classic blade on this particular specimen. Stamped directly into the metal, the markings "4 MARTIN" and "ITALY" alongside the number "009460" confirm its Mediterranean manufacturing roots. This 1/8 oz (4 g) lure, cataloged under Product Code 4022, features the signature Panther Martin post-mounted blade design, where the wire passes directly through the blade rather than using a traditional clevis. Measuring 1 3/4" (4.5 cm) in total length, the build is centered around a weighted black teardrop body decorated with bold red dots. The hardware consists of a bronze-finished treble hook and a small brass bead spacer used to position the blade. In its 5/5 condition, the lure presents beautifully with the painted red stripes and body spots showing excellent color retention while the gold-plated surfaces retain a high shine.
