Originating from Italy, this vintage inline spinner showcases the distinct craftsmanship associated with Harrison-Hoge Industries. Weighing 1/3 oz (9 g) and measuring 2 1/4" (5.5 cm) in length, this Panther Martin 9 carries the product code 5918 and features the iconic concave blade designed to mount directly to the shaft. The gold-plated blade is clearly stamped with the country of origin and sits above a solid green body bead and a sharp treble hook. Preserved in an unused state, the lure remains sealed within its original yellow carded packaging, which identifies the model as 9 PMGF-G. This specific specimen reflects the era when Panther Martin production was concentrated in Italy before later transitions. The reverse of the packaging displays the vintage Harrison-Hoge mailing address in Smithtown, N.Y., and the original barcode.
