Weighing exactly 3/16oz (5g), this Finnish-made balsa lure features the timeless Silver (S) scale pattern contrasted by a dark back. The 2" (5cm) body is detailed with a yellow eye and a red-painted chin, identifying it as a Rapala Countdown CD5 from circa 1977. Labeled under product code 23561, this specimen is in unused condition. As a sinking model, it is designed for controlled depth fishing between 3ft (0.9 m) and 6ft (1.8 m) during casting or trolling. The hardware includes two original bronze treble hooks and a clear plastic diving lip that is firmly seated in the balsa frame. Light reflects off the fine foil texture which shows no evidence of age or handling.
