Museum Archive: Rapala Countdown S7, 1/4oz Blue Mullet fishing lure #14484

Blue Mullet (BM) scaling with a dark blue back and silver belly defines the finish of this 2 3/4" (7cm) Finnish balsa lure. Known as the Rapala Countdown CD-7 and cataloged under product code 14484, it is a weighted sinking model designed to work the water column between 1.5 - 2.4 m (4.9 - 7.9 ft). The 1/4oz (8g) body is unused, warranting a condition rating of 6, despite a small hook prick and light storage wear on the silver finish. It retains its original bronze treble hooks and clear diving lip. The lure is presented in its original green cardboard tray, labeled "Uppoava" for the Finnish market, and is paired with its original clear plastic sleeve.
