Museum Archive: Vintage Rapala Husky Jerk 6, 3/16oz TSD fishing lure #19119

Originating from the Rapala production line in Ireland, this 6cm (2 1/4") specimen carries the TSD color pattern, widely recognized as Tennessee Shad. The lure weighs 3/16oz (6g) and is technically classified as a suspender, a construction that maintains its position in the water column when the retrieve is paused. A clear plastic diving lip provides a reaching depth of 4ft to 6ft (1.2m - 1.8m), suitable for both casting and trolling for species like trout, perch, or pike. Identified by product code 19119, the body features a dark greenish-gold scale-patterned back that transitions into a bright orange-yellow belly. The hardware consists of two bronzed treble hooks that remain in excellent shape. This specific lure is in 5/5 condition, displaying a very clean finish and well-preserved structural integrity. The yellow eyes with black pupils are set cleanly into the head, characteristic of this era of Irish production.
