This floating lure is engineered for both casting and trolling, capable of reaching depths from 1.5 ft to 5 ft (0.5 - 1.5 m). Labeled as product code 18796, the item remains unused, preserved in its original PRADCO packaging with a 1984 copyright. It was hand-assembled in Mexico, as indicated on the card back from the Plastics Research and Development Corp. of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
