Museum Archive: Vintage Smithwick Suspending Rattlin’ Rogue 10, 1/3oz fishing lure #23071

Measuring 4" (10cm) in length, the aerodynamic profile of this Smithwick Suspending Rattlin’ Rogue 10 is finished in a timeless silver-scaled pattern with a bold blue back. This 1/3oz (10g) lure features a distinct pink strike dot on its mid-section and is stamped with the "Super Rogue" branding along its side. Engineered to reach depths of 1–6.5ft (0.3–2.0m) during a standard cast, it can also dive as deep as 10–13ft (3–4m) when utilized for trolling. The clear diving lip and internal rattle chamber are characteristic of this USA-made model, designed specifically for suspending in the water column. Both black treble hooks are in excellent shape, and the black and orange eyes provide a focused point of contrast against the silver head.
