Stamped metal lips distinguish the pre-Rapala Storm era, and this 2" (5 cm) Hot'N'Tot Thin Fin proudly shows its U.S. Patent number D-226,658 right on the gold diving vane. Weighing in at 1/4 oz (6.5 g), the body features a metallic gold finish with a subtle orange back, showing some light surface wear and scuffs on the underside consistent with a 4/5 condition rating. The large yellow eyes with black pupils provide a high-contrast target, while the metal lip is built to reach depths of 5–13 ft (1.5–4 m) during a troll or retrieve. "Storm Lures" and "Thin Fin" branding are clearly visible on the front of the lip, identifying this as an authentic piece under product code 24569.
