Vintage Storm Lightning Shad, 1/2oz fishing lure #15827

Tipping the scales at 1/2oz (14g), this Storm Lightning Shad represents the classic craftsmanship of the Pre-Rapala era. The 2 1/4" (6cm) body features a vibrant green back that gradients into a bright yellow mid-section and a warm orange belly. Characteristic black squiggly stripes run along the sides, giving it the distinctive lightning pattern. A large, clear diving lip is molded to take this lure down to depths between 6.5ft (2 m) and 11.8ft (3.6 m). This rattle-equipped specimen, product code 15827, is outfitted with its original yellow eyes and bronze-finished treble hooks. The hardware shows a slight softening of the original finish, consistent with a well-maintained 4/5 condition rating. It remains a staple for both casting and trolling techniques.
