A sturdy brass finish coats the blade of this 1/4 oz (7.3g) spinner, a hallmark of the French engineering Andre Meulnart introduced in the late 1930s. Measuring 2 1/4" (6cm) in length, this size 3 Aglia features a natural squirrel tail dressing tied over the treble hook, a design choice brought to the American market by Todd Sheldon in the 1960s. The components, bearing product code 12502, were manufactured in France and assembled in the USA. Its hardware, including the classic cone rotation system and red-accented squirrel hair, remains clean and well-preserved, earning it a condition rating of 4/5. The dressing is secured by a distinct red thread wrap situated just above the hook shank.
