Silver plating covers the entirety of this 2 1/4" (6 cm) metal body. Weighing in at 1/3 oz (9 g), the Weed Wing Jonny O'Neil's design showcases a distinct weedless configuration intended for casting into heavy cover. This specimen, identified by product code 1927, features stamped branding on the convex side of the blade, marking its production history with Harrison Industries. Originally conceived by Johnnie O'Neil in Akron, Ohio, around 1957 and patented in 1962, the manufacturing rights eventually moved to Harrison Industries in New Jersey during the mid-1960s. The hardware consists of two stabilizer fins near the nose and a single, upward-facing hook shielded by a metal wire weed guard. The silver finish shows honest wear across the metal surfaces, consistent with a 3/5 condition rating. A simple wire loop at the nose provides the primary attachment point for the fishing line.
